International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the USA.

Shipping Carrier

The USPS is our carrier for online sales.

CBD and Delta-8 Shipping Policy

Amish Health and Wellness retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with HR 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to CBD &/or Delta- 8 either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states (we update this list as needed):

Alaska, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Michigan, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky, New York, Delaware, Rhode Island, Texas, and Connecticut.

Shipment of Vape Cartridges

All vape cartridges will require an adult signature (21+) to sign for the package and includes an additional fee at checkout. No PO Box delivery is allowed by law.

The delivery service will attempt two (2) deliveries per customer, including one (1) phone call.

Applicable taxes will apply at checkout, where states add vape tax. The additional taxes do not apply to wholesale customers.

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Amish Health and Wellness ships to addresses within the United States only. PO Box addresses are also accepted, except for orders containing Vape Cartridges (see Shipment of Vape Cartridges).

Shipment Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please always allow additional days in transit for delivery., We will contact you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during the online checkout process.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s) once your order is ready for shipment.

Products Damaged During Shipping

Amish Health and Wellness works diligently to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We ask you to check your order carefully once it arrives for any shipping damages. If you received your order damaged, please notify us of the damage via email at customersupport@amishhealthandwellness.com within three (3) days after receiving the shipment. You should include the order or invoice number, specific details about the damage, and photos of the product damage when possible.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods should Amish Health and Wellness require them.

Product Return

We are confident you will be happy with your product(s); however, if you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) for any reason, you may return it to us for a 30% restocking fee. The returned product(s) must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the purchase date. (We do not accept return product(s) after 30 days of the purchase date.)

All returned product(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Failure to adhere to these requests will result in no credit back to you or your business. Once we process the returned product(s) on our end, you will receive your partial refund of 70%.

Return Process

  • Complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to begin the process. Our support team will email you an RMA number.
  • Ship product(s) to the address provided in the RMA email.
  • Enclose a copy of the invoice with the returned product(s). You should write the RMA number on the invoice and the side of the box.
  • Ship back the product(s) in the same box used for shipment or a similar style of box. Remember to write the RMA on the side of the box.

All returns must be shipped to Amish Health and Wellness as pre-paid since we do not accept shipping collect packages. Amish Health and Wellness recommends sending the returned product(s) with tacking as the risk of loss in the shipping of the returned product(s) shall be carried solely by the customer. The customer is responsible for tracing a return shipment if Amish Health and Wellness does not receive the shipment. Amish Health and Wellness will give no store credit, exchange, or refund if the shipped products are not received.
